Open Studios are non-instructed sessions with live models. They are free to P&C members. Non-Members are charged $15 per session. Ten workshops passes are available for $125 from the monitors, or in the office. Easels and tables are provided.
All open studios sessions are held on the third floor studio unless designated otherwise. Times are subject to change due to classes and workshops. Extended sessions may require 2 coupons or $30 from non-members. This program is partially supported by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency. |

Model Marathons
Each New Year's Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day, the Palette & Chisel hosts a Model Marathon from 7 am to 7 pm. The marathons feature 12 hours of models in multiple studios for quick sketch drawing. Lunch and refreshments are included. The price is $20 for members and $25 for non-members. There is no need to pre-register. In 2012, Memorial Day is May 28 and Labor Day is September 3.
